lady at door.jpgAs all government employees work for the corporate-government, they are bound by the rules and regulations of their employers. These rules are really statutes . . . not laws. So when they approach to enforce their statutes on living men and women, they must reveal the statute and nature of the statute they are trying to enforce. (See:the Clearfield Doctrine)

From Judge Dale - The Legal Process:
"You probably identify with this CORPORATE PROCESS as LEGAL PROCESS but it really isn’t about what is legal or lawful because all process is about the enforcement of CONTRACTS or the imposition and enforcement of CORPORATE REGULATIONS called STATUTES."

Here is a questionnaire that can used whenever you come in contact with the "statute enforcers":

It is designed to 1) gather info about the statute enforcer, 2) identify the name, number and effective date of the statute and 3) determine if there is a valid contract whereas you agreed to adhere to this statute.

From Judge Dale's The Great American Adventure:
"The Federal and State Governments are not real. They are privately owned corporations called governments. . .
and the law is nothing more than their corporate regulations called statutes." (Pg 102)

"These corporate laws and regulations are called statutes and their affect and control over human beings is
deceptively obtained by consent through civil contracts." (Pg 99)

Why are attorneys of little or no value to us in this fight?

Because they get their BAR cards from the
JUDICIARY/SUPREME COURTS OF THE STATE OF OHIO (or other STATE). They have no license, but are controlled by the men who sit on the STATE'S SUPREME COURT - be they corrupt or not. I know this because my own 'attorney' was punished by these creeps for challenging unlawful foreclosures and had his BAR revoked for six months.

If attorneys instruct us to challenge the authority of the corporate STATE OF, they will most likely lose their BAR cards.

Hopefully folks are beginning to comprehend why we must stop listening to attorneys. Former World Bank attorney Karen Hudes has stated that 1) we no longer have the 'rule of law' and 2) the BAR needs to be disbanded. She is right on both counts.

The STATE OF is playing chess while attorneys tell us they are playing checkers. No wonder we've made so little progress.
