Recently in an interview, vaccine-exemption-attorney Alan Philips misled a group of concerned vaccine-aware parents about the role our government plays in the creation of vaccine mandates. While Mr. Philips told the truth about the Constitutional violation that state legislators were/are guilty of when they pass mandatory vaccine statutes, he did not tell his audience the full story, and it is unlikely that he ever will.

The truth is ALL VACCINE MANDATES are unconstitutional. So, how is it that they keep rolling them out?

To quote former Representative James Traficant (D-OH) from the floor of Congress, March, 17, 1993 :
"All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto [1] status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, . . . "

Rep Traficant's remarks are completely supported by Senate Report 93-549 (1973) about emergency powers and statutory jurisdiction.
"Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971."

[Here are the latest by President Obama in 2012 and 2013]

"These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes."

Does Mr Philips know and understand that most 'statutes' are not Constitutional? You bet he does!! Does he want to help us eliminate vaccine mandates? Unlikely, because he earns a living by charging people for exemptions.
See: Our Government is a Company. "Statutes" are not laws, but are rules and regulations of these chartered corporations.
